Thank you for shopping with Bean + Bug Prints. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable & non-exchangeable once the file has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience issues accessing your digital file, please contact us at beanandbug.prints@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
Physical Products
We accept returns for physical items under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy
Digital Orders
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
Physical Orders
Physical orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the refund policy instead.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at beanandbug.prints@gmail.com with your order number.

Digital Delivery
• Digital products are delivered via instant download or email delivery
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout
• If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us
Physical Shipping
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
• Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times:
• U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days
• International Orders: 7–15 business days (may vary due to customs)

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
